
Salon Policies
Please read all policies before booking.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all salon policies.
These policies are in place to respect both your time and ours and to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
All appointments must be booked online. Please book the correct service and allow enough time for your appointment. If you are unsure what service to book, new clients must start with the Hair Health Intake appointment.
Services cannot always be changed the day of the appointment if time does not allow.
Retainers
A retainer is required to reserve all appointments. Retainers are applied toward the total service cost.
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If the appointment is rescheduled again, the retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book another appointment.
Retainers are forfeited if you:
Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment
Do not confirm your appointment within the confirmation window
Do not show up for your appointment
You will not be charged the full service amount if the service was not performed. Only the retainer will be forfeited.
Appointment Confirmations
Confirmation messages are sent approximately 72 hours before your appointment via text or email.
Appointments must be confirmed by the 48-hour mark in order to keep the appointment. If the appointment is not confirmed by 48 hours before the appointment time, the appointment may be cancelled and the retainer may be forfeited.
If the appointment is cancelled due to lack of confirmation and the time slot is still available, the appointment may be reinstated if we are contacted before the 24-hour cancellation window. After the 24-hour mark, a new retainer will be required to rebook the appointment.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is correct and for confirming their appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your retainer will be forfeited. A new retainer will be required to book another appointment.
Late Arrivals
Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, please call or text within the 15-minute grace period.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled depending on the schedule for the day. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service while still reserving the full appointment time.
No Shows
If you do not arrive for your appointment and we have not heard from you within the 15-minute grace period, you will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will result in loss of the retainer. After two no-shows, clients may no longer be allowed to book future appointments.
Booking the Correct Service
Clients are responsible for booking the correct service and allowing enough time for their appointment.
If the incorrect service is booked and there is not enough time scheduled to complete the correct service, the appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled.
If the appointment must be rescheduled due to an incorrectly booked service, the retainer may be transferred as long as the retainer has not already been transferred previously. Retainers may only be transferred one time.
If the retainer has already been transferred once, the retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required to book another appointment.

Returning Client Hair Health Intake
Returning clients who are unsure what service to book, have not been in for a long period of time, need a reassessment, or would like to make a major change to their hair should book the Returning Client Hair Health Intake appointment.
This appointment allows us to reassess the hair, discuss goals, and create a plan before scheduling longer or more complex services.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with hair detangled unless otherwise instructed. Excessively tangled hair, heavy product buildup, or conditions that require additional time may result in additional fees or rescheduling of the appointment.
Hair must be in a condition that is safe for the service requested. Services may be modified or refused if the hair condition does not allow the service to be performed safely or properly.
Extension Hair
Clients are responsible for bringing the correct hair for extension services unless otherwise discussed. If incorrect hair is brought to the appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Guests
This is a private studio. Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment unless previously discussed.
Pricing
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, time required, or additional services needed to complete the appointment.
Final pricing will be confirmed during the appointment if adjustments are needed.
Payments
Remaining balances are due at the end of your appointment. We accept card and electronic payments.
Communication
Please allow time for responses to messages, emails, and appointment requests. Messages are answered during business hours.
Same-day appointment requests, last-minute changes, or emergency appointments cannot always be accommodated.
All appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations should be done through the booking system whenever possible.
Service Guarantee / Adjustments
We want all clients to be satisfied with their hair. If you have any concerns about your hair after your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address the issue.
Adjustments are only made if the concern is due to the service performed and not due to client preference changes, lifestyle, maintenance, outside services, or services performed by another stylist after the appointment.
Adjustments do not include changing the style, changing the service, or redoing a service that was completed as requested. Changes in style preference or requests for a different look will be considered a new service.
Adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and will not be offered after 48 hours.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on services. If there is a concern with your service, please refer to the Service Guarantee / Adjustments policy.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or modify any service for reasons including but not limited to hair condition, time constraints, repeated cancellations or no-shows, late arrivals, incorrect service booking, or situations where the requested service is not in the best interest of the hair.
If a service is refused due to hair condition, safety concerns, or incorrect booking, the appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
